A quick check on iTunes for Steve Knightley shows one album - title of Cruel River. Know anything about it? Will check out the duo MySpace site soon. Thanks for sharing! MQ

Max - I recently bought the solo album "Cruel River" by Steve Knightley and frankly, I am astounded by how good it is! nothing less than excellent! I also now have about 5 or 6 "Show of hands" albums.. all equally as good. J Greetings all and Happy Birthday Kelp!!!! I'm always up for a new folk band to listen to, how did you find them? Kelp.. they are loosely associated with Fairport, they appeared at the Cropredy festival last year. Phim Beer the multi-instrumentalist used to be with the Albion band. It seems that most of these Brit folk-rock bands are connected in one way or another.. except these two have musical qualities the likes of which I have not heard for quite a while. Really good stuff! J
